Shimoni Apartment

Location: Tel Aviv South | Size: 90 m2 | Scope of work: Expansion and Full renovation

An apartment that was expanded by an additional 30 sqm, with an external patio. The new design divides the flat into to horizontal spaces, one public and one private. A wall of shelves and storage separates the two new parts of the apartment. This horizontal division of the space enables fresh air to pass through, together with natural light in both directions. The open kitchen in the public space separates the living room from the dining room.
