First, stairs that connect the two floors were designed, being a central element in the flat. This led to changes in the setup and the original plan. The apartment is designed as a New York loft, mixing old and new.
The Maya Elazar Studio, specializing in architecture and interior design, is managed by the architect Maya Elazar.
